If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please return your unused merchandise by following the instructions below. If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.
Return Instructions 1. Go to Your Account. From the drop-down menu, select Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months, and then select Go. 2. Sign in to Your Account. 3. Locate the order you want to return, and select View Order. 4. Locate the item you want to return and select Return an Item. 5. Follow the directions, and ship the return (insured and prepaid) to the address on the paperwork. Keep the tracking information for the return in a safe location.
